Brian Naylor
For over a decade Brian has been speaking and training on the topic of 3D Communication, helping individuals and organisations recognise and adopt the essential elements of effective verbal and non-verbal communication. This allows a workforce to clearly communicate their objectives and goals and with less mis-understandings and confusion colleagues can collaborate more effectively which ultimately promotes productivity and growth.
Brian started his career over three decades ago as a performer in the Travel and Tourism industry working for P&O, Thompson Holidays (now TUI) and First Choice. This involved delivering light entertainment formants to large scale audiences on a nightly basis and lead to his first training role coaching presentation, communication and stagecraft skills for light entertainment staff.
Later he went on to work in television and enjoyed appearances on The BBC, Sky Sports and The Horse and Country show as well as hundreds of hours of live and pre-recorded shows on the SKY TV platform for Vinnapris Wine Channel, Asset TV and County Focus.

He started the TV Training Academy in 2001 and over the years expanded the company to Pinewood Studios in London, Fox Studios Sydney Australia and subsidiaries in India and the USA. As the Global training director he worked with some of the world’s top companies including Microsoft, Red Bull and the Oracle Corporation and he has trained many high profile individuals such as Duncan Bannatyne, Tamara Ecclestone and Charlie Brooker.
In 2006 Brian was asked to be a judge and mentor on Life TV’s ‘Search for a Presenter’. Running for two seasons on Sky 186 it was the catalyst to his first engagement as a TV director on the Slimming & Fitness show. He went on to direct a series of fitness shows, wine documentaries and shopping TV formats as well as hundreds of promo and marketing videos for private clients and in 2008 he wrote, produced and had his own Reality TV show commissioned.
When he's not training or speaking he enjoys active leisure pursuits, he's a Yachtmaster and Microlight pilot and holidays away often involve adventure activities such as sky diving, hot air ballooning and hiking over the mountains of the Sacred Valley in Peru to Match Picchu.
